Not currently, sorry - we tend to display how long ago the route was created rather than a date, as date formats vary for different countries so this avoids the need for people to search for the settings where they can change this. We can look into adding it somewhere though.

Is there any way to get the creation date for a route?

It doesn't appear in the interface anywhere I can find.
