Thanks for flagging this up and for the screenshot you sent by email. That was very helpful, as we were lacking the information to be able reproduce the problem here - it had been working OK for us, but it appears that it was only affecting certain screen sizes and our devices were unaffected. We've implemented a fix, so hopefully it should be OK now - let us know if this has helped.
I've been having this same problem when looking at routes on my phone. It happens regardless of web browser/app, so I'd guess it's an issue with the mobile version of the website. I've contacted plotaroute via their contact page, hopefully someone will get back to me soon.
Hi Mark - I can't see any recently created routes in your account - the last one was from September 2022. Can you share a link to the route where you're having the problem please?
I have the exact same issue, the "hills" view is just an empty white square..was this ever resolved? Only happens on new routes that I plot, not on previously saved routes

When I select "Hills" for my stored routes or newly plotted routes the elevation map is blank. If I click into the window it still displays the line and readout but doesn't show it pictorial.
