We'll have a look to see if there is anything we can do to make this easier on mobile devices. 

Same settings, Chrome on Android with Plotaroute Premium, just tried it on my phone. It is indeed a bit difficult to pick up the markers "A" or "B". I found I could do it by lightly brusing my finger over one of them ..... but it takes a few goes as my finger tend to just move the map ....

On the Mobile App, I'm trying to Shorten a Route. The app instructs me to Drag A or B to crop the route, but I can't figure out a way to select either the A or B marker to initiate the drag. If I hold on a marker, the browser provides actions for the underlying marker image StartIcon.png. I know I can drag anchor points, so it's not a limitation of mobile specifically. Any hints? Using Chrome on Android with Plotaroute Premium, btw.
