Thanks for the additional informaiton, we can see the issue. It looks like it only affects Chrome, as it works OK in Safari. We'll need to look into it further. In the meantime you should be able to use Safari to download files.

Not sure which details but follow the steps I'm doing:

1) On Chrome : plotaroute/myroutes.

2) choose any one

3) on SELECT AN OPTION : Download route

4) on DOWNLOAD THIS ROAD : I choose TCX and click the orange box (Download this route) . The page changes to a blank one with the name of the route and size, in the case 175KB, at the bottom with the option "Download" . I do the dowload choosing to save it at a folder in my Archive (iPhone).

But when I go to the folder the file is there with a size of 1kb... this happens no matter the file a choose to download.

I can insert any image using the icon on the post tool bar so I copied and paste it. Not sure if it has worked.

Trying to download a route (.tcx) to a folder at my iPhone but it ends with only 1 KB of size and it doesn't work...
