Hi Jacqui,
It's hard to know why without more details. I would check your Auto-Plot switch though to make sure you haven't enabled any of the drop-down options like "Prefer Off-Road". Also, make sure that you're plotting the points accurately by zooming in first before you plot them. Lastly, avoid plotting near junctions, as you have to be even more accurate when you do this.
When I'm plotting a route walking on a long straight rd I have to do multiple touches or it takes me around all the side rds to get to my destination. Used to be able to do one click at the start and one at the end of a straight rd without it deviating
Hi Michelle - thanks for the feedback. If you don't want the map to rotate, you can turn this off in the navigation settings by clicking on the gear icon in the top right of the navigation screen and selecting "North Up" instead of "Head Up" for Map Rotation. You can also change the Heading Source setting to "GPS" instead of "Device" to that the map only rotates when you move rather than when you rotate the phone.
When I'm navigating a route and I accidentally go off route, when I check the app on my phone the map keeps turning itself round. It's impossible to work out where I am, or which direction I need to go in to get back on the route. I just have to try different directions until I get the right one. Please fix this bug - I love your app and this is my only complaint.
