We're looking into the issue. It looks like it might be connected with the + sign in your email address. Would you mind selecting the Paypal option instead - you can normally pay using a card under this option without having to create a Paypal account. If that's not an option let us know.
I would like to upgrade to premium but there is only the error message "Sorry, there was a problem processing your transaction. No payment has been taken. Please refresh the page and try again." every time I click on "secure checkout". I'm never asked for credit card details.

Sorry Milissa, Premium membership doesn't change this - the plotaroute logo is still displayed when you download a route as an image.
Looking at upgrading to Premium, just wondering if you can answer the following.
We design guides for tourism - we need mapping that doesn't include watermarks, does the premium option remove the PlotaRoute watermark when saving as image?

I have asked about this once before. You only offer possibilities to pay the membership fee by PayPal (Absolute crooks!) or by credit card (Banking pigs!). I wanted to pay at least six months ago but I find I am unable to, is this my problem?
I find your app to be really useful and I would like premium membership. Can you find a way?

Hi Cecilia - thanks for upgrading. You'll need to sign in on the mobile app to access premium benefits (click the sign-in icon on the top right of the home screen). Not all features from the desktop site are available on the mobile app though.
Hello I recently joined and have opted for Premium service. How do i get the premium service on my phone as when i load the app i still have ads and none of the premium features i get on the lap top.

Any routes you create under Standard Membership will still be available if you upgrade to Premium membership. Premium membership has additonal map types to choose from, some of which use a different routing engine, but this doesn't have any impact on your routes.
Priority support means that we answer any queries from Premium members before those from Standard members. Normally we try to respond within one business day, but this will depend on how busy things are. It is best to check our FAQ's and How-To Guides first though, as you'll usually find answers to most things there and you'll get the information you need more quickly. Also, a quick search of the forums can sometimes help, as most questions have been asked on there before.
I'm considering upgrading to Premium membership, so could you answer a couple of questions please?
1. Different mapping engine
There are several mentions on these forums of issues arising from Premium and Standard using different mapping engines. Would there be any compatibility issues with my routes (59 and counting) which I've previously saved as a Standard member? Can my "old" routes be edited if I switch to Premium?
2. Priority support
What is "priority support" referred to the Membership Options page and how does this differ from Standard support?
