Popular Routes
I was able to work around the issue by expanding the map and shortening the distance between points. The only issue that remains are the routes affected do not show the turn by turn walk directions. However, the map shows a walk path clearly. I cannot thank you enough for your prompt reply and support!!
Hi Maria - The OSM Map Key indicates that the red dotted line is a footway. I've tried auto-plotting 'On Foot' on these footways in the area that you mentioned and it worked OK, but maybe I have misunderstood the issue. If the auto-plot takes you where you don't want to go try reducing the distance between the points that you plot.
Hello Again! I was able to work around the issue. By doing so however, I did not receive turn by turn directions for my walk routes associated with this school. Thanks, Maria
Hello and Good Morning! The area I am running into an issue with is Springfield, Massachusetts, OSM map, on foot. The area between Central Street, Pine Street, Mill Street & Maple Street has a red dotted line on many of the streets in this area. I am having difficulty plotting a walk route. The route crosses streets where I do not want crossings and it's just not the same as the many other routes I have plotted. This is the only area so far that I have come across this red dotted line and was wondering if this is the cause. Thank you for your prompt reply and I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am with your product! Best Regards, Maria
Can you provide more details Maria? Which Map Type are you using and what location are you looking at?
Hi, Could someone please tell me why I am seeing a red serrated line in some areas of the map?? Is this causing me to have issues plotting a walk route?? Thanks, Maria!
