Sharing routes opening in miles despite being shared in kmsFORUMS HOME SEARCH FORUMS

Hi,

When I share collections and individual routes in kilometres the links open in miles.  I am checking the kms box before sharing, and the link shows the units as kms, but it still only opens in miles.  Please help

We've been unable to reproduce this issue Darryl. Can you give us an example?

I'd like to upload some screenshots to explain this issue, but the insert image option above doesn't allow me to find the screenshots I have saved on my desktop and upload them.  Is there another way to upload the screenshots?

Hi Darryl - you send us a screenshot through our Contact Us page. You can only attach one file though, so if you have several screenshots it would be best to paste them all into a single document, e.g. a Word document. 

I have submitted the screenshots in a pdf via the Contact Us page.  Thank you
