Are you seeing the Premium Route Planner?  If not, can you sign out and sign back in again?  If you are getting the Premium route planner rather than the Standard one, the Street View switch is at the top of the map next to the Map Type selector - have a look at the demo video in our news post about our Street View Split-Screen feature.

Hi, I am a Premium member but cannot get Street View

Hi Lister - we've recently had to make major changes to the site due to sudden large prices increases by Google (see our announcement). As a result of this, Google Street View is now only available to Premium members on the desktop version of the route planner. If you would like to find out more about Premium membership, please have a look at our Membership Options page.

Logged on today to look at a trail head on a road and cant see the google street view guy you drop on the road.
