There's an option to include the Distance Markers when you download a route as a KML file, so that's the best way to get the coordinates for each one - you can open the file in a text editor (they'll be near the bottom of the file).

Hi - there is a tracker icon in the bottom right corner of the map when viewing it on a mobile device.  Touch this to turn the tracker on and off.
