    Footpaths show in the "paths" view.  Plot a route by using "on foot" setting.

    Hi Ann - you can do this by changing the Auto-Plot switch at the top of the map.  Turning it off will let you plot freeform.  Turning it to "On Foot" wil stick to paths and roads for walking.

    sorry if this is a stupid question but I  can't see how to plan a route away from roads. Is there a button I should be using to do this? Thanks
