I notice you've emailed about ths too, so will just reply here so others can see the reply.

I’m afraid that browsers are now withdrawing support for plugins, so we’re probably going to have to  remove the direct Garnin download/upload features from our website soon. I’m guessing there must have been a Safari/Mac OS update recently as a few people have reported the same issue over the last couple of weeks.  

We have instructions for manually transferring routes to Garmin Edge devices instead.

You can also use third party software like Gamin Basecamp to import files downloaded from plotaroute.com and transfer them to your device.

We'll update the site soon to put a message on about this.

I'm having problems downloading a route to a Garmin Edge 1000 from imac using a safari browser. All was fine until a few weeks ago, I'm having to download to my imac then onto new file folder on the Gamin (Ok, but a bit long winded!) I have have garmin express installed and up to date.

Any thoughts?
