Hi Pierre - the Timer Settings should be saved automatically on the device you are using.  Is this not happening for you?

Please assist me on how to calculate the impact (Every 1m (up) is equivalent to +xx.xxm) of hills and downhills on my mountain bike ride based on historic data.

On my avg flat speed , I cover 2000m in 6 min

    Uphill with a 25 meter climb I cover 1450 m in 6 min

    Downhill witch a 64m decend, I cover 3640 m in 6 min

Kindly show the calculation and how you enter this into the Adjustment for hills sliders

Here's a worked exmaple using your figures:

    Average Flat Pace:

    3 mins/km (1000/2000 * 6)

    Uphill Adjustment:

    +25m ascent = 1000/1450 * 6 / = 4.14 mins/km

equivalent to 4.14-3 = +1.14 mins on flat

equivalent to 1.14/3 = 0.38km of extra flat distance per 25m of ascent

    so, 0.38km / 25 = +0.0152km per 1m of ascent = +15.2m per 1m of ascent (0.0152*1000)

    Downhill Adjustment:

    +60m descent = 1000/3640 * 6 / = 1.65 mins/km

equivalent to 1.65-3 = -1.35 mins on flat

equivalent to -1.35/3 = -0.45km of less flat distance per 60m of descent

     so,  -0.45km / 60 = -0.0075km per 1m of ascent = -7.5m per 1m of descent (-0.0075*1000)
