Hi Dee - It sounds like you've got the Drag Mode switch one.  Turning it off should sort the problem out, as the Drag Mode is only for editinh short sections, whereas the Replot Section feature can be used for replotting any length.  It would be better if the Drag Mode switch was turned off for you when the Replot Section button is pressed, so I'll see if we sort this out in the next upgrade.

Hi, I'm new to this. I watched the tutorial on replotting but I find that I can never select the entire section. Often I can't get the green/red circles at all and at other times if I drag one circle the other circle 'follows' it.  How to I select the entire section that I want to replot?
