Three and a half years ago I gave up the ratrace and embarked on a series of adventures, I have seen some amazing places, met some amazing people and enjoyed my day to day life far more. During this time, having some spare time I worked as a volunteer for various charities, CHSS and Shelter in Scotland, and Cudeca in Spain. This next adventure is something I have wanted to do for a while so I thought I would combine it with raising funds for the charities I've been involved with.I will start my journey at the town where my Mum lives in the Cotswolds, Northleach, and head down to Portsmouth, from here I will take a ferry to St. Malo and then south through the west of France to to the foothills of the Pyrenees and St. Jean Pied de Port. This is the start of the official 'Camino' to Santiago de Compostela. I think that the whole journey will take around 3 months and I will walk around 1150 miles. https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/Mark-Stanley7
