This is a collection of parkrun routes.

The intention is to contribute to the crowd sourcing of accurate parkrun routes. http://www.parkrun.com/

Easy sourcing of GPX data:-

Create and login to STRAVA. https://www.strava.com STRAVA segment search for “parkrun” or specific [course] name e.g. “Heaton Parkrun” Select segment matching the full 5K parkrun

option 1
Note the segment number within the URL of the segment page and enter it in the following page https://www.doogal.co.uk/SegmentViewer.php select your file download file.

option 2
Select activity from athlete leader board and click the spanner to invoke the route builder.

If the “create Route” option is not available select a different athlete from the leader board until one is found with a public not private activity setting.

Save the built route and export/download.

Import GPX and edit any anomalies introduced by the STRAVA route builder, it’s 99% good being statistically influenced by historic run data but ...
