I am 46years old, live in Coventry and happily married to Diane.
I used to do lots of running and got up to a fairly high standard, though recent years have seen life take over and running take a back seat, but I now want to step it back up again and am also looking at joining a local running club.
I may never get back to the level of previous race times but I'm going to have a good go...and most importantly...enjoy it!
