4.6 miles (an additional pre loop to get 5 will be to run down Abbots Rd, turn right and then alley way into the church and then onto the route).
Free car Pk, down Tibbs, Hill, Aerodrome Way round past Bean Here, Gypsy Lane turn right and cross the road into Long Elms, through alley way into School Mead, into Greenways, Trowley Rise past my parents house, up alley way past scout hut and into village.
3 mile car pk to greenways, oak green, furtherfield, coop, aerdrome way, langley lane and all the in and outs
