Half Marathon:
Cut Down Run - 4 miles

For a cut down run, each mile is ran faster than your previous mile (you are "cutting down" your time each mile). Ex: My average mile pace is 10:00 minutes per mile. Try to run your first mile at your average pace (10 min) and your next mile needs to be faster than 10 min. I recommend 5 sec faster - so the second mile time would be 9:50 min. The third mile faster than your second mile and your fourth mile faster than your third mile. Mile 1: 10 min - Mile 2: 9:55 - Mile 3: 9:50 - Mile 4: 9:40

Course:
Start on Eastern Ave and continue onto Riverside Dr. Turn around at Le Blond Community Center which is just past Bayou Street and return to Cincy 360 gym.
