Leave the park and run along Newbold Terrace - at the traffic lights turn R onto Willes Rd - at the end turn L on Radford Rd - at the traffic lights turn R onto Sydenham Drive - continue along until the roundabout and turn R onto Prospect Rd - follow along and go straight over at the traffic light crossroads onto St Helens Rd - at the next crossroads continue straight over onto Queensway - at the McDonald's roundabout take 1st exit (R) and then go straight over the next roundabout by Pets At Home - run along Princes Drive - at the mini roundabout turn R onto Warwick New Road - continue along past the college and then when the road splits bare R onto Milverton Hill - at the end turn R onto Dale St and then first L onto Dormer Place and back into the park
