Exit the park onto Banbury road via the big iron gates and head towards Warwick Castle. Turn left onto the High Street and continue straigh. The road will then become Stratford Road. Eventually you will need to turn right onto Tapping Way and bear left onto Narrow Hall Meadow. After The Unicorn pub and the row of shops turn right onto Purser Drive and at the end, right onto Hampton Road where you will run alongside the racecourse. Turn right and the left to come back onto the High Street and follow your way back into the park.
For 8km - Continue clockwise through the park and exit via the bridge in the far corner, follow the foot path and turn right onto Myton Road. Turn right again at the roundabout and make your way back into the park.
