1. Gather in Tung Chung for any bus to Pak Kung Au and get off there
2. Follow Tei Tong Tsai Country Trail and Fat Mun Ancient Trail to Po Lin Monastery
3. Head down Luk Wu Ancient Trail to Ling Yan Monastery for lunch
4. Travel up to the Kwun Yam Temple on Keung Shan Road
5. Follow the catchwater and up Lantau Trail to Lung Tsai Ng Yuen and Man Cheung Po
6. Head down past the Shui Lo Cho Pool to the coastal path to Tai O
7. Continue north to the North Lantau Boundary Obelisk then turn back to Tai O
8. Set sail for Tuen Mun at 18:00/18:30 for dinner
