From the park run down Othello Ave - at the end turn Left and cross over the main road - turn R and run up Ashford Rd - turn R at the top onto Landor Rd and stay on this to follow a big loop (past Hod carrier pub, straight over the mini roundabout by St Margarets School) - at the end turn R onto Murcott Rd E to head to the Plough & Harrow pub – turn L next to the pub onto Heathcote Rd – keep going straight on Heathcote Rd over the traffic lights junction and 2 roundabouts – at the 3rd roundabout turn L onto Macbeth Approach and run past Nuffield Gym – bear left towards the new Retirement Village then turn R and cross over the road (before you get to the dead end) – at the roundabout turn L onto Earl Rivers Avenue – at the top turn L onto Ophelia Drive – turn R onto the path that takes you back down to Warwick Gates park.
