Warm up pace:
Start at Gairbraid Avenue
Turn left onto Maryhill Road
Turn left onto Cowal Rd continue onto Skaethorn Road
Turn left onto Cleveden Rd
Turn right onto Dorchester Avenue
Turn right onto Great Western Road to Binghams Pond
Stop at Binghams Pond
Chain Run – 5 x circuits of Binghams Pond
Recovery pace back to centre:
Turn right onto Great Western Rd and cross the road
Turn Left onto Leicester Ave
Turn right onto Ashburton Rd
Cross Cleveden Rd onto Kelvindale Rd
Turn left onto Guthrie St
Turn right onto Gairbraid Ave and that's you back at the Centre!

Chain Run: runners line-up in a single file line. After everyone is in order, on your command, have the last runner in line sprint to the front. This runner yells “GO” and then the new last runner sprints to the front.
