DL 10k up Cromwelland down sankey valley
-A short warm up prior to commencing run should be undertaken.
-A cool down will follow completion of the run.
-Runners are also encouraged to complete light stretches and a further cool down after the session has finished, potentially in the gym or at home.

Route to use-
-Pedestrian crossings.
-shared foot/bike paths.
-Crossing roads at officially marked crossing points.
-Bridge to cross main road.
-Bridges to cross canals (no swimming across) unless tamsyn approves and plays lifeguard


Runners are encouraged-
- To wear bright / reflective clothing.
-To use head or chest torches where possible and required when asked.
-To stay central on path, majority of time.
-Run to side of path away from dangers ie water edge
-Use caution when crossing main roads.
-Use caution when running in adverse weather conditions
-Beware of conditions under foot
-Beware for foot placement on path
-Alert other runners to obstacles in path and dangers along route.
- Partake in musters to keep the group together as much as possible.
