NE From Weedon Bec
There is apparently a bridleway from Harpole to Upper Heyford but we managed to miss it and instead followed various field boundaries until we found an access point to the A45 roundabout, where there is a cycle lane alongside the road which continues onto Main Road and from there to Upper Heyford.
Mostly minor country roads apart from brief sections on the A5 and around the A45 roundabout, plus a fair amount of field trudging on account of missing the bridleway. Car parking in Weedon Bec (free) at Jubilee Field and the village car park under the railway bridge. Refreshments at The Depot in WB and there is also a cafe although neither open late.
