MGGM - Mossley/Grotton/Grasscroft/Mossley
Sharp right turn onto Oldham Rd, run all the way down, passed The Farrars. Turn sharp right down the road to Greenfield Train Station and head along Shaw Hall Bank Rd.
At Well-I-Hole pick up the canal path and follow all the way to Roaches Lock. Sharp right turn up the ramp and left onto Manchester Rd.
All the way along Manc Rd and either:
1 - head down Mill St & up Waggon then Stamford - finish at the funeral home for 10km
or
2 - head up Stamford and keep going at the top to round off for a 10km / 6.2 miler
