1. Start dari belakang IDD (Jl. Rasuna Said ) ke arah kanan menuju jalan MH Thamrin, belok kiri lalu naik jembatan menuju bundaran
Menara Syariah.
2. Putar balik ke arah jembatan green belt, lari ke arah bawah jembatan, belok kiri menyusuri green belt
(sungai di sebelah kanan)
3. di Jembatan pertama, keluar dari green belt ke arah jalan Jendral Sudirman, lari sampai ke arah
Patung Jendral Sudirman
4. Putar balik di patung Jendral Sudirman ke arah jembatan Green belt kembali
5. lari ke arah bawah jembatan, belok kiri dan masuk green belt kembali.
6. Naik jembatan penyeberangan ke arah seberang greenbelt (pintu naik jembatan ada di kiri jalan)
7. di atas jembatan, belok kiri, turun ke arah jalur greenbelt (sungai di sebelah kiri)
8. lari sampai jembatan jalan husni thamrin, keluar jalur greenbelt, masuk kolong jembatan dan belok
kanan.
9. setelah belok kanan, belok kiri ke jalan kearah rukan Osaka, ikuti jalan sampai pertigaan Rukan
Osaka
10. Belok kanan dan ikuti jalan sampai bertemu Lady Akita,
11.Ikuti jalan yang belok kanan, naik jembatan kecil, lurus menuju jalan MH Thamrin
12. Belok kiri di jalan Husni Thamrin, lurus terus melewati Mc Donald, Persimpangan, lalu belok kiri
kearah Sportclub Galaxy
13. di ujung jalan belok kiri ke arah Patung Naga, lalu putar balik ke arah belakang IDD
14. Selesai.
