The first part of the path after the bridge up to Casa de les Tines has disappeared. You can either climb up where it should be - eventually you will spot a small path in front of you, or you can go right at the bridge and then take the first left (pink chain) and after some 50m turn left across the scrub to get to the path. As this path climbs up and around to Tines del Pla de les Generes, it is very exposed and narrow in places (with some sharp drops on the right. Would not recommend on a hot sunny day. To compensate, there are some nice views of Montserrat in the distance. Just before arriving back at Navarcles, at the base of the cliff, part of the path has crumbled away. At the bend, the local authorities have put a few planks of wood in, but these are a bit unsteady and we needed to get on our bums to cross. Although Plotaroute calculates the distance as 16km and an ascent of 300, with all the going down to and up from the water, and a couple of wrong turns, my Garmin recorded a total distance of 20km and a total ascent of 500m.
