This trailhead is a 1 mile drive from the Cozy Bear Cabin. This is a multi-use trail so there is a chance you'll see mountain bikers. However, it is not a heavily traveled trail so you're likely to only see a few people. You can also drive to the top trailhead and just do the trail one-way if you have a driver. If you look closely at the map, you'll see there are several other trails that veer off the main Exploration Trail. 2 other points of interest....near the top of the trailhead is the Children's Forest. This has a paved trail that is specifically designed for young children and anyone who may be handicapped and have trouble on a typical trail. Also, if you go all the way to the top of Keller Peak Rd., you'll get the best views in the area and there is also a fire lookout. When it's open, they welcome visitors to go up and checkout the fire lookout.
