Ask David to check for cyclability.
I have added some photos on the route to show the type of tracks. Click on 'Photos' in menu to show and see icons on route. Photos in order of your travel.
I have also added some notes as 'directions' in the menu. So will give distance from start. Float over icon / Directions on map or click on ' Directions' in menu to open list.
The only bit where it is grassy is by Loch Morie.
The track along the back of Novar is not great for cycling; boggy and muddy with ruts. But you are heading to Edderton and up Glen Glass so well miss it. If you go along Novar west of the monument, cut halfway down the hill and then take a track heading west. All cyclable.
I know there is now a good track over the hill from Glen Glass to Inchbae.
A grassy section is at the head of StrathRannoch, north of Inchbae Lodge. But you can go along the road to Glen Vaich start.

About the Calorie Calculator

Our Calorie Calculator estimates how many Calories you will burn using Metabolic Equivalent (MET) values from Compendium of Physical Activities. The Compendium idenitifes the relative energy cost of undertaking various activities compared with doing nothing. We then combine this with your weight and the estimated duration of the activity, taking into account the length of the route and the hills involved, to estimate the total Calories burned.

When selecting an Activity setting, select the speed you would normally travel at on flat ground.

Please remember, the estimated number of Calories is just a guide and the actual number of Calories burned may vary depending on other factors such as weather and terrain.
