This route links most of the schools from Merrow, Boxgrove and Sandfields to the stations. It allows parents to drop their kids at school and continue to the station or centre for work.

I've imagined a cut path around the edge of St Peter's school, which doesn't yet exist. All other paths exist and would require widening. I've assumed there would be a cycle lane on (as planned) on the portion of London road used. York road from London Road station to the quarry park is problematic...its a narrow street with parked cars. You could run a path through the park through. There would need to be cycle safe infrastructure at the York road/ stoke road cross roads and a cut through from stoke road to Haydon place allowing bikes to go in both directions. There would need to be a cycle crossing across onslow street to Laundry street and there is ample space for a cycle lane here and on Bedford road. You could also add a bike entrance to the station.

There are probably some alternatives to sections of this route and others may have better suggestions.
