A decently hilly course based around the entrances of Finsbury Park. The start line is the carriageway and then a drop down to the turn in which you do a out and back on Parkland Walk before heading back into the park dropping down the hill to leave the park. A journey around Islington reaching as far as Clissold Park before turning back to the park and heading up the hill toward Haringey and looping around the borders of Haringey and Hackney. After a return to the park, a drop down the hill and onto a flat out and back on a river designed to give a healthy dose of mud. A short journey back into the park before looping around the Haringey Ladders and back into the park for one of the final times. A final nail-biting hill section guaranteed to ruin ur legs before the hills drop before you and all that's left is one final entry into the park
