Start at the Range (Derby rd) head up the A6 to Pear Tree lane. Head into Garendon park and take the route back toward the Coe Ave entrance. (Don’t go into Coe Ave) continue up the hill to the Oblisk (Needle). Follow the trail to Booth wood and then take the old Railway path down to Pitsford drive. Run down Pitsford to Old Ashby rd and then onto the New Ashby rd, head back to the Uni roundabout, down Epinal way to Allen Moss rd turn down Allen Moss rd and back onto Derby road, return to The Range car pack to finish.
