Park/Start at Costa Coffee on Leeds Road.
Run out of town along Leeds Road until you reach the junction with Bradley Road, opposite the White Cross pub.
Run up Bradley Road until you reach Bradley Bar Roundabout.
Run from Bradley Bar Roundabout down Bradford Road towards the town centre.
Turn off to run up Willow Lane, past the Slubbers Arms pub. Follow the road until it joins with St John's Road, then turn left and run towards the town centre.
Cross the ring road and follow the road into the town centre, continuing along as it becomes John William Street, Market Place and then New Street.
Run to the end of New Street, cross the ring road again and run down Chapel Hill towards Lockwood.
Take a left onto Albert Street, and then take a left quickly again onto Queens Mill Road.
Follow Queens Mill Road until it joins Damside Road, then turn left and run along, continuing past the traffic lights crossroads as it becomes Kings Mill Lane.
Continue to the end of Kings Mill Lane, and then cross Wakefield Road and run to the left, until you come to St Andrews Road.
Run along St Andrews Road until you come to Stadium Way on your right. Follow stadium way up and past the stadium, down to the cinema.
At the cinema, take Bradley Mills Road and cross the bridge towards the retail park. Run to Leeds Road, turn left and continue until you return to Costa Coffee. 15.6K
