MG To Helsby Via Chapel Hill & Rose Farm Cafe
There is Rose farm cafe at 30 miles, which is really needed to be fair. The last 15 miles is effectively down hill.
The route also considers the quality of the lanes as well, which is why the start goes via Walk mill cafe & Duddon, as those lanes are virtually pothole free.
I have longer tougher version of this route as well at 47 miles a s 950 mtrs.
