  Are the .gpx files created from Plot A Route technically tracks or routes?

  Hi Leigh - routes downloaded in GPS format are provided as GPX Tracks.

  Hello, just a question about routes or tracks when downloading, should i downlaod as route or track to transfer to my garmin nuvi 55

  I believe that the Garmin Nuvi 55 only supports waypoints not detailed trackpoints, so I suggest trying the GPX Route option.
