Map annotations in embedded collections mixed up

  When using an embedded collection, map annotations get mixed up. Loading the initial route layer results in a layer as expected:

   

  

   

  Enabling an extra layer results in the two layers with all the annotations as expected:

  

   

  Disabling one of the layers results in a map without annotations:

  

   

  Enabling a third layer results in the annotations of the third layer being displayed but no annotations of the second layer:

   

  

   

  And disabling the third layer and then re-enabling the first layer results in the annotations of layer 1,2 and 3.
