Good morning, over the last 4 weeks I have sent three help requests via your contact page regarding turn by turn directions not working on my Forerunner and I have never received a reply.
So now I am reaching out via the forum because I paid for a premium membership and haven’t been able to use it for the one thing I was interested in: making new routes and getting directions on my watch. I have read every tutorial, every FAQ and even every outside page and post I could find through a Google search about the issue and still not been able to resolve it.
PLEASE respond here since apparently you can’t be bothered to reply to the three emails I have sent in, even though your Contact Us page claims you respond within two business days.

Do you still have this issue? Do you use the Garmin export from Plotaroute or GPX/FIT/TCX export?

I stopped using your services because they were too unreliable. I tried exporting/importing in every format available, and none made a difference.
Additionally, I received an email reply on September 24, to which I responded now THREE times requesting a refund (on Sep 24, Oct 9 and Oct 19), and I have yet to hear back. I appreciate you finally responding here, but the overall lack of communication is very unprofressional.
I dislike having to call you out like this on a public forum, but since your email either 1) isn’t working, or 2) isn’t being checked and handled in a timely manner, I have no choice. Please process my refund asap.
Hello again... I just sent another email because I have been waiting for THREE MONTHS for the refund you mentioned, and have contacted you multiple times without receiving a response. I can’t fathom why you are not replying to either my emails or my forum post about something fairly straight forward.

We answered your emails on 20th August and 6th September. I am sorry the answers did not help you to solve the problem. This one must come from Garmin. Did you try, as recommended, to contact Garmin's support?
