My premium subscription is expiring and I'm thinking about extending the subscription again.
What does the future of Plotaroute look like? Will the site remain as it is?
Are there any plans from Visorando to close the site? Are there any changes planned?

Why doesn't password reset work? Do you not monitor this any longer? My husband has been trying to reset his password for several weeks now and none of the requests have generated the required email to enable him to access the Premium account that he paid up for.

there is no bug with the renewal of passwords. Did you check the spams?
If you don't find the new password in you spam, I advise you to contact us (admin@plotaroute.com).

Yes, I checked spam and have repeated the request for a password reset. I've also tried contacting them using the admin email and, even though I can see email was delievered, they have failed to respond. Emailed them again this morning, but very disappointed with their lack of customer service

I paid for Premium 3 days ago and my account is still in standard mode. VERY frustrating as I wanted to work on a trans-continental route all weekend and it sucks doing it in standard mode. PLEASE...anyone? Shouldn't this me an automated upgrade when you pay?
Does anybody have any better means to contact the folks at plotaroute? I've tried everything: here, email to admin, message on X, message on FB, message on IG and I messaged Visorando. Nothing. No replies in 3 days and, yes, I've checked my spam/junk folder.
