Hi Gabrielle - I can see the problem. I don't think our Challenge Tracker is going to work with that type of route, where the points on the route are so far apart. It won't allow you to check-in as it thinks you are off-route, as the position marker is presumably not near to one of the points you plotted when trying to check in. The first point on the route is near London and the second point is near Paris, so if you would only be able to check-in near to one of these, not in between. I'm afraid it's not designed to handle routes like that - normally a route is made up of lots of points, as a route usually follows a road or path. The only way around it is to replot the route but to plot shorter gaps between the points. Sorry, we'll look into developing better support for virtual routes like yours at some point.
Sure, the challenge is called the Code Red Virtual European Tour, I'm using a computer and I've been trying to move the current position marker by dragging it as I'm not in the location it wants me to be in (this is a virtual miles tour so we aren't going to be physically travelling in that direction).
Hi Gabrielle,
Can you provide a bit more information please and we'll try to help. In particular, the steps to reproduce the problem, what type of device you are using (mobile or computer) and what challenge you are trying to update.
Hi, I'm the person responsible for updating our check ins along the map but I am currently unable to save my check ins, I click to do so and nothing happens. Could you tell me why this might be?
