It is when using the App, is does not show up in location services as either having it of not sleeping Zi cannot grant it access.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app tono avail...
If Jgo to plan rout it shows my location as somewhere near where I am but not precisely.

I am sorry you encounter difficulties.
Could you be more precise aboute these ones :- which tool is concerned : the mobile app or the website?
- about your location : if the app is concerned => did you check your device location settings? If the website is concerned => did you authorize the browser used to locate you?
- could you explain exactly what happens when you try to use the route planner? How do you use our tools precisely?

Going to have to use a different app as nothing works to get plot a route to see my location which sadly makes it useless for route planning if I do not know where I am

Bump for this question, this must have been asked a million times, but I can't find the answer. Any quick help, it's not in my list of apps as it seems to be linked to Chrome and I can allow Chrome to see my location, but only when using Chome. Whatever I do, it doesn't work for me???

Using Plot a Route on Android phone. Downloaded app from the website but cannot see how to grant it location services. Cannot see how to get plot a route to show my current location so I can plot a route home!
