I purchased access when I was on holiday separate to my home address. When I tried to find routes in another location i wasn't able to chose an alternative location only local. Now when I am at home I receive an error message reading "Sorry- a problem occurred trying to locate you.Please try searching for the name of the place you want to find" please help me
