Excellent - thank you for replying so quickly and thanks for the work round.
Hi Nick - we're aware of this issue and are waiting for a fix from the developers of the routing engine we use. In the meantime, you should be able to plot over cattle grids by temporarily changing the Auto-Plot mode from By Road to By Bike or On Foot.
I have noticed recently that where there is a cattle grid marked on the map the route planner/tracing stops and re-routes another way.
Whilst I appreciate this brilliant website is for cycling routes and avoiding cattle grids is to be recommended for cyclists (I guess), it doesn't help me when I am planning a car route, which I do a lot. I'm fairly sure the system didn't used to do this?
Would it be possible to override this issue (or is there already a way of doing it) so that I can get my route past the grid.
Thanks.
