We've made a few nice little tweaks to the My Routes page, which we wanted to tell you about. These are aimed at making it easier to find the routes you want from your list, particularly as the number of routes you have grows.
Great update. Especially I like the find by route name.
One thing though, I don't understand the View on map.
Let say I select a tag Cortina on my route page
https://www.plotaroute.com/mobile/myroutes/all/modified/1?terrain=any&mindist=&maxdist=&privacy=all&starred=all&tags=12049&namefilter=
Then I tap 'View on map' and I get a menu that has nothing to do with my selection.
Great work, thanks very much.
Thanks - glad you like the changes.
The View on Map button is currently just a shortcut to display all of your routes on the route finder map, so won't take account of any tags or filters you've selected. That would be more complicated to implement but is something we can look at.
Ok, I think that the share list beside it confysis me (using mobile).
Maybe move share list button into the square that is around the filtered routes, cause that button has to-do with filtered routes. Maybe beside filter and sort button.
👍
Good idea Peter - we'll do that.
Yes, I see you changed already. Nice. Thanks.
Hi there, sorry to resurrect an old thread, but I noticed this is where the Route Name Filter was announced ... it doesn't work very well at all. It seems to only work on the visible list of routes, not ALL of my routes. Is there another way to search by route name that will search all routes?
Hi Rusty - yes, I'm afraid the Route Name filter on the My Routes page just filters the results already retrieved. However, if you want to search for one of your routes and you know part of the route name you can enter this in the Universal Search box, shown at the top of most pages on the site.
