Hi Willy - it is possible for you to add this in the Directions panel in the route planner, you just need to add something (e.g. "START") at the start of the route.

In gpx export inclusive directions pse add wpt START. (Similar to wpt FINISH)
Such improves (Locus) navigation when start and finish are close together.
