I have an an android phone and up till now I have been able to open a plotaroute link from friends on Whats app on my phone with no issues. I could see the full ride and download it to my phone for transfer to my garmin. Really quick and easy for a technophobe like me! I did not have a plotaroute account.
However, on Sunday I created a plotaroute account of my own. Since creating an account I cannot now open any shared links on my phone - I just get a blank screen, with address bar showing. I can open my plotaroute account on the phone but when I click on view to see my routes - again I get a blank screen.
I can see my routes when I open them on the laptop.
help - I just want to click and go!!

Apologies for not responding. Like I said a technophobe. It seemed to be something to do with the desktop view on my mobile, which has since rectified!!
And I have managed to creat a plotoroute course for the first time!!
