Thanks for the suggesitons Peder. Unfortunately this isn't an easy things for us to do, but we do have an existing Feature Request (number 90) to provide an auto-plot option for road/racing bikes, which we hope to implement at some point.

Would it be possible to add choices to the auto plot function, especially for biking? Fore example have the choice of paved only or gravel etc.
Maybe not as many as here http://brouter.de/brouter-web/#map=9/52.2098/9.5806/standard
but at least to be able to avoid gravel and cycle lanes while auto plotting "by bike".
Also, an explanation on how the various plotting choices work, would be great!
