Sorry... I stand corrected. It's working in small enough zoom levels.

    It's now working again. :)

Sorry, I have the same issue, but on a Microsoft Surface Pro 7 in Chrome. Routing with Google's maps works, but all OSM based maps don't.

That's great news, thanks for letting us know.

    Hi admin,

Working now - many thanks for taking the time to help me out.  I deleted the plotaroute certificate again, and also the COMODO one this time, and that seems to have done the trick.  Happy customer - thanks again!

Thanks Andy, that definitley helps. It looks like your Mac has a corrupt security certifcate in the keychain, possibly the COMODO RSA Domain Validation certificate.  Our security certifcate is OK at this end. Either that or there could be a problem with your system clock, which can sometimes cause this isuse on Mac computers. Someone else had the same problem last year and solved it by deleting the COMODO certifcate and loading a fresh one. If you need more help, have a look at the following article which gives further advice on this issue: https://osxdaily.com/2014/03/26/fix-safari-cant-verify-website-error/

    Hi admin,

Not sure if this helps:  I logged out of plotaroute.com, found the security certificate for it on my computer, deleted it, then logged back in.  I got a "this connection is not private" warning, with a warning that the website certificate is not valid.  Continuing despite the warning, the certificate for *.plotaroute.com comes up as "this certificate was signed by an untrusted issuer" (issued by COMODO RSA domain validation secure server CA, expiry 2 October 2020)

I don't understand how it can be working for you but not for me, but maybe this has something to do with it?

Well, I've learnt how to access error logs ;-)

I've tried rebooting the computer, turning off everything I can find which might prevent access, and I still get the same issue when I try to auto-plot to a point (using OSM Street Map, but same error for all map types).  The error I get is:

Failed to load resource: The certificate for this server is invalid. You might be connecting to a server that is pretending to be “directions.plotaroute.com” which could put your confidential information at risk.

    Any suggestions?

That's very puzzling! We've made a couple of tweaks at our end to try something that might help. Can you try again please? If that doesn't work we'd need to ask you to look at the error messages in the console panel of your browser so that we can get more details of the error (I can explain how to do this if needed).

Thanks again.  I have tried turning off browser add-ons, security software, and tried using a different browser.  I still get the same issue.  Running out of ideas!
