When I plotted my first routes the end product included written guidance on the route section by section. That guidance is no longer there. Can any one tell me what I am doing wrong please

It's hard to know without more information Tim. Did you enter the the guidance notes in the Directions panel? These won't be saved unless you saved the route by selecting SAVE from the menu panel in the bottom right corner of the map.
